1. Special Notice

1.1. Donner Music understands the importance of personal information to users. Donner Music will protect users' personal information and privacy security in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. To this end, Donner Music has formulated the "Donner Music Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") and specially reminds: Users must carefully read and fully understand this Policy before using Donner Music mobile application software (hereinafter referred to as "Donner Music") and related services. Users' use or continued use of Donner Music's products and services means that users agree to use and process users' relevant information in accordance with this Policy. If users have any objections or questions about the terms of this Policy, they can communicate and feedback with Donner Music through the contact methods published in Section 11 "Contact Us" of this Policy.

1.2. This Policy applies to all products and services provided by Donner Music. Donner Music is provided by Guangzhou Lanshen Technology Co., Ltd., registered address: Rooms 7002, 7003, 7th Floor, Greater Bay Area Digital Entertainment Industrial Park, No. 28 Huangpu Park West Road, Huangpu District, Guangzhou City (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") in accordance with the provisions of the "Donner Music Service Agreement" and its operating rules released from time to time to provide internet-related products and services (hereinafter referred to as "this Service").

1.3. Since the Company will launch more products and services in the future, and the products and services provided to users are also different, this Policy is a general privacy policy applicable to Donner Music. For specific products and services that will be launched or launched later, the Company will also formulate specific privacy policies in order to more specifically agree with users on the Company's privacy policy rules, etc. Users should fully read and agree to all the contents of the specific privacy policy before using the specific products and services.

1.4. Only when the user confirms and agrees to the changed Policy, the Company will collect, use, process and store the user's personal information in accordance with the changed privacy policy; the user has the right to refuse to agree to the changed Policy. Once the user refuses to agree to the changed Policy, it will cause the user to be unable to continue to use Donner Music's related services and functions.

1.5. Regarding the behavior of self-starting or associated starting, Donner Music app integrates the SDKs of WeChat Open Platform, Firebase, Sensors Data, Umeng, Tencent Share, Tencent Mobile Analysis, Sina Weibo, and QQ Interconnect, which are used for WeChat quick login, application parameter transfer, page visit analysis, application parameter transfer, APP content sharing to WeChat/WeChat Moments, mobile data analysis, APP content sharing to Weibo, and APP content sharing to QQ. WeChat Open Platform (version: com.tencent.mm.opensdk; wechat-sdk-android:6.8.0): For users to associate with WeChat, quick login after association, and support users. Firebase Crashlytics (version: com.google.firebase:firebase-crashlytics-ktx): For recording and statistics of application crashes. Firebase Analytics (version: com.google.firebase:firebase-analytics-ktx): For providing data analysis on app usage and page visits. Firebase Messaging (com.google.firebase:firebase-messaging-ktx): For in-app status parameter transfer to facilitate quick status updates for users during login, progress management, etc. Sensors Data (version: com.sensorsdata.analytics.android:SensorsAnalyticsSDK:6.3.5): For more extensive statistics on page visits and dwell time, data is only used for product update research. Umeng+ SDK (version: com.umeng.umsdk:common; com.umeng.umsdk:asms; com.umeng.umsdk:apm): For recording and statistics of application crashes. Tencent Share SDK (version: com.tencent.tauth; com.tencent.open): For users to share interesting content in the APP to WeChat and WeChat Moments. Tencent Mobile Analysis (version: com.tencent.stat): Tencent integrates the mobile data analysis function in the SDK. Sina Weibo SDK (version: com.sina.weibo.sdk; com.sina.sso, com.weibo.ssosdk): For users to share interesting content in the APP to Weibo. QQ Interconnect SDK (version: com.tencent.connect; com.tencent.open.apireq): For users to share interesting content in the APP to QQ and QQ Zone.

2. Collection and Use of Users' Personal Information

2.1. The Company collects and uses users' personal information that users actively provide during the use of services or that are generated due to products or services needs in accordance with laws and regulations and following the principles of legitimacy, legality, and necessity. If the Company intends to use users' personal information for other purposes not specified in this Policy, or based on specific purposes to use collected information for other purposes, the Company will inform users in a reasonable manner in a timely manner.

2.2. Donner Music will collect and use users' personal information in the following scenarios:

2.2.1. Basic Services

(1) When you use this product, we will collect and use your phone manufacturer identification (including IMEI, OAID, IMSI, GUID, ANDROID_ID and other identifications), phone model, phone system version, network type/carrier, phone network card MAC address, phone memory, phone remaining memory, phone installed application list, phone sensors, geographic location information, etc. Collecting this information is to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, and ensure your account security.

(2) When you use this product, we will also collect and use your log information, including IP address, login time, search query content, usage language, service fault information, referral website, browser identification. Collecting this information is to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, and meet regulatory requirements. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use this product normally.

2.2.2. Collection and Use of Users' Personal Information During Account Registration

(1) When users register a service account, the Company may collect personal information required from users, such as user's name, password, mobile phone number or email address (personal sensitive information, used for receiving verification code matching personal identity) and social network ID. Only by providing true and accurate personal information mentioned above can users successfully register an account and use Donner Music's products and services functions.

(2) Donner Music supports users to log in using third-party platform accounts (such as WeChat, Tencent QQ). If users use third-party platform accounts to log in, the Company will obtain relevant information under the third-party account (including: username, nickname, avatar, etc.) and identity verification information (personal sensitive information) according to the user's authorization. The Company promises that collecting the above information is for providing account login services and ensuring account security, preventing security risks. If users refuse to authorize such information, they cannot use third-party platform accounts to log in to Donner Music.

(3) After registering an account, the user's name, username, and personal information picture (if the user uses social network ID to register) will be automatically displayed on the user's personal information page and provided to other users through the service. Users allow other users to identify, find, and correctly recommend.

(4) In addition to the user's name and username (automatically displayed on the personal information page), users can also voluntarily provide personal information pictures, date of birth, gender, location, and other information about the user themselves and user interests on the personal information page. Any such information that users add to the personal information page of the service (except date of birth and gender) can be publicly provided. Content uploaded by users to the service allows others to identify users (for example, user's photos, recordings or text containing user's name, status updates, comments on content mentioned by users).

2.2.3. Collection and Use of Users' Personal Information During Search

When users use the search function in Donner Music, it is necessary to collect some information from users, including the following personal information: device information, log information, including searched words or terms, browsing history and time, search time and number of times. Collecting this information is to quickly match the content users need and content they may be interested in, and also to improve Donner Music's products and services.

2.2.4. Collection and Use of Users' Personal Information During Multimedia Display and Playback

(1) Donner Music provides users with audio and video display and playback services in the process of promoting music and instrument courses, and needs to collect users' personal information, including the following personal information: device model, device name, unique device identification code, browser type and settings, language settings, operating system and application version, login IP address, network access method, network quality data, mobile network information, product version number, network log information (such as operation logs, service logs). In order to collect the above basic personal device information, the Company will apply to access the user's device information permissions. Collecting this information is to provide users with audio and video display and playback services. If users refuse to provide the above permissions, they will not be able to use related products and services.

(2) When users log in to Donner Music using the device and use audio and video display and playback, according to different device conditions, users can enable or cancel this permission at any time through the relevant function settings page. When users enable this permission, it is deemed that the user authorizes the Company to access, obtain, collect, and use the user's personal information; but when users cancel this authorization, the Company will no longer collect the above information and will not be able to provide the above services to users; the user's cancellation behavior will not affect the Company's processing and storage of personal information based on the user's previous authorization.

2.2.5. Collection and Use of Users' Personal Information During Community Operation Services

When users initiate complaints, appeals, or consultations to the Donner Music customer service platform, in order to ensure the security of users' accounts and systems, users may need to provide account information first and match it with users' previous personal information to verify users' user identity. At the same time, in order to contact users or help users solve problems, users may also need to provide personal information such as name, mobile phone number, email address, and other contact information (personal sensitive information). In addition, the Company will also collect communication information between users and the customer service platform (including text/images/audio-video/call records) and other necessary information related to users' needs. Collecting this information is to investigate facts and help users solve problems. If users refuse to provide the above information, the customer service platform cannot timely feedback complaint, appeal, or consultation results to users.

2.2.6. Collection and Use of Users' Personal Information During Image, Text, and Video Sharing

When users use comment, share, and posting functions, the Company will collect the above image, text, and video content information provided by users actively, and at the same time access users' mobile phone album permissions with users' consent in order to facilitate users sharing videos and pictures. At the same time, users can also enable or cancel this permission at any time through the user's device system or the relevant function settings page of Donner Music's products and services. When users enable this permission, it is deemed that the user authorizes the Company to access, obtain, collect, and use the user's such personal information; when users cancel this authorization, the Company will no longer collect such information and will not be able to provide the above services to users; the user's cancellation behavior will not affect the Company's processing and storage of users' personal information based on the user's previous authorization.

2.2.7. Collection and Use of Users' Personal Information During Video and Screenshot Download

When users log in to Donner Music's products using mobile devices and use video download and screenshot download functions, the Company may obtain storage permissions related to users' devices. If users refuse to provide it, users will not be able to use this function. Users can also enable or cancel this permission at any time through the user's device system or the relevant function settings page of the Company's products and services. When users enable this permission, it is deemed that the user authorizes the Company to access, obtain, collect, and use the user's such personal information; when users cancel this authorization, the Company will no longer collect such information and will not be able to provide the above services to users; the user's cancellation behavior will not affect the Company's processing and storage of users' personal information based on the user's previous authorization.

2.3. User Information that Donner Music May Indirectly Collect from Third Parties

(1) Users understand and acknowledge that the Company cannot obtain personal information provided to external third parties or collected by external third parties, and will not obtain personal information without using unconventional methods. Due to business development needs, it may indeed be necessary to indirectly collect personal information from third parties, and when the Company directly or jointly provides products or services to users, the Company (or third party) will indicate the source, type, purpose, method, and business function of shared personal information, and the scope of authorization consent before collection. When certain products or services of the Company are provided or jointly provided by third-party business partners, in order to carry out business necessarily and reasonably, the Company may indirectly collect some information from some business partners, and information about users provided by other parties when using the Company's products and/or services.

(2) The professional security team will strengthen the security of personal information (including sensitive information filing, sensitive information encrypted storage, access permission control, etc.). And use personal information protection means and measures no lower than those for its own users' personal information to protect indirectly obtained personal information.

2.4. Other Legitimate, Reasonable, and Necessary Collection and Use of Users' Personal Information

Please understand that according to the laws of the People's Republic of China and relevant national regulations, in the following circumstances, the Company's collection and use of users' personal information does not require obtaining users' authorization consent:

(1) Related to fulfilling obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;

(2) Directly related to national security and defense security;

(3) Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

(4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment execution;

(5) For the purpose of maintaining the life, property, and other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the person's consent;

(6) Personal information collected is disclosed to the public by the user themselves;

(7) Collecting personal information from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels;

(8) Necessary for signing or fulfilling a contract according to the user's requirements;

(9) Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of software and related services, such as discovering and handling software and related service failures;

(10) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

2.5. Change of Purpose for Collecting and Using Personal Information

Please understand that with business development, the functions and services provided by Donner Music may be adjusted and changed. When new functions or services are related to current functions or services, the collection and use of personal information will have a direct or reasonable connection with the aforementioned use scenarios. In scenarios that have no direct or reasonable connection with the purpose of the aforementioned use scenarios, the Company will inform users again when collecting and using users' personal information and obtain users' authorization consent.

3. About Using Cookies and Similar Technologies

3.1. When using Donner Music's products and services, the Company may use Cookies and similar technologies to collect some personal information from users, including but not limited to users' habits of visiting websites, users' browsing information, users' login information. Cookies and similar technologies collect such information for the necessity of users using the Company's products and services, simplifying users' repeated operation steps (such as registration, login), facilitating users to view usage history (such as video viewing history), protecting users' information and account security, and improving the Company's products and services, etc.

3.2. If users refuse the Company's use of Cookies and similar technologies to collect and use users' relevant information, users can manage and refuse Cookies and similar technologies through users' settings (if such function is available); or delete Cookies and similar technologies already stored in users' mobile devices or other devices, thereby achieving that the Company cannot fully or partially track users' personal information. Users understand and acknowledge: Donner Music's products and services can only be realized by using Cookies or similar technologies. If users refuse to use or delete them, users will not be able to normally use Donner Music's products and services or obtain the best service experience through Donner Music's products and services, and it may also have a certain impact on users' information protection and account security.

4. Storage and Protection of Users' Personal Information

4.1. Information Storage

4.1.1. Storage location: In accordance with laws and regulations, the Company will only store users' relevant personal information collected within the People's Republic of China. If it is indeed necessary to carry out cross-border data transmission, the Company will separately inform users clearly (including the purpose, recipient, usage method and scope, usage content, security assurance measures, security risks, etc. of data export) and obtain users' authorization consent to ensure that data recipients have sufficient data protection capabilities to protect users' personal information.

4.1.2. Storage period: The Company will only retain users' personal information during the period necessary for providing Donner Music and related services purposes. During the period when users have not withdrawn or deleted their accounts, the Company will retain relevant information. After users withdraw or delete information, comments, and related information published by users, for the purpose of information compliance review, the Company will still store the above information, but the Company will store it in an anonymized manner to ensure the security of relevant information.

4.2. Information Protection

4.2.1. Users' personal information security is crucial to the Company. The Company will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations and will strive to take reasonable security measures (including technical and management aspects) to protect users' personal information. Prevent information from being accessed, disclosed, used, or modified without authorization, and avoid information damage or loss.

4.2.2. The Company uses security protection measures that comply with industry standards to protect users' provided personal information, prevent data from being accessed, publicly disclosed, used, or modified without authorization, and prevent data from being damaged or lost. The Company will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect users' personal information.

4.2.3. To prevent safety accidents, the Company has established a dedicated data security department and formulated proper early warning mechanisms and emergency plans. Once a personal information security incident occurs, the Company will inform users in a timely manner in accordance with laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impacts of the security incident, the disposal measures that the Company has taken or will take, suggestions for users to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for users, and immediately start emergency plans to minimize losses. The Company will inform users of the relevant situation of the incident in a timely manner through push notifications and other methods.

4.2.4. Although the above reasonable and effective measures have been taken and the standards required by relevant laws have been complied with, please understand that due to technical limitations and various possible malicious means, in the internet industry, even if every effort is made to strengthen security measures, it is impossible to always guarantee one hundred percent security of information. The Company will strive to ensure the security of personal information provided by users.

4.2.5. Users know and understand that the systems and communication networks used to access Donner Music's services may have problems due to factors beyond the Company's control. Therefore, the Company strongly recommends that users take active measures to protect the security of personal information, including but not limited to using complex passwords, regularly changing passwords, and not disclosing account passwords and related personal information to others.

4.2.6. Once users leave Donner Music and related services, browse or use other websites, services, and content resources, the Company does not have the ability and obligation to protect any personal information submitted by users in mobile applications and websites outside Donner Music and related services, regardless of whether users log in, browse, or use other mobile applications and websites based on Donner Music's links or guidance.

4.3. Account Cancellation

If you want to remove your account from this platform, you can cancel it through the relevant functions in the app. After cancellation, you will not be able to log in to the platform, and all content you published on the platform will be removed.

5. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of Users' Personal Information

5.1. Except for sharing users' personal information so that users can use the Company's services or under circumstances required or permitted by laws and regulations, the Company will not share users' personal information with non-affiliated third parties. In the following circumstances, the Company may disclose users' personal information:

(1) Within the Company's organization. Donner Music is part of a corporate organization that has multiple legal entities, business processes, management structures, and technical systems. Donner Music may share users' personal information within the organization in order to provide services to users and provide services according to users' requirements.

(2) The Company may share users' personal information with third-party service providers who act on behalf of the Company to help the Company operate this mobile software service. Third parties may only use users' personal information in accordance with the Company's written documents and must comply with the information security protection measures implemented by the Company.

(3) The Company maintains legal compliance. The Company has the right to disclose users' personal information according to the requirements of laws and regulations, or when the Company believes that disclosing users' personal information is necessary to protect the Company's legal rights, comply with judicial procedures, court orders, regulatory agency requirements, or any other legal proceedings. If there is a transferee acquiring, selling, or purchasing business, the Company may disclose users' personal information to potential owners of the business.

5.2. In order to provide users with more complete and high-quality products and services, certain services of the Company will be provided by authorized partners. The Company may share certain personal information of users with partners to provide better customer service and user experience. The Company will only share users' personal information for legitimate, proper, necessary, specific, and clear purposes, and will only share the personal information necessary to provide services. At the same time, the Company will sign strict confidentiality agreements with partners, requiring them to handle users' personal information in accordance with the Company's instructions, this Privacy Policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. The Company's partners have no right to use shared personal information for any other purpose. 5.3. With users' consent, the Company may disclose users' personal information for any purpose.

5.4. Unless users' explicit consent is obtained, the Company will not transfer users' personal information to any company, organization, or individual. If a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation occurs, it may involve personal information transfer. In this case, the Company will require the new company or organization holding users' personal information to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If any changes occur in the collection and processing methods of personal information agreed in this Privacy Policy, the company or organization will re-request authorization consent from users.

5.5. According to the provisions of laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, in the following circumstances, sharing, transferring, and publicly disclosing users' personal information does not require prior authorization consent from users:

(1) Directly related to national security and defense security;

(2) Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

(3) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment execution; or according to the requirements of laws and regulations, or requirements of administrative agencies or judicial, procuratorial, and other authorized agencies;

(4) For the purpose of maintaining the life, property, and other major legitimate rights and interests of users or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the person's consent;

(5) Personal information is disclosed to the public by the user themselves or collected from legally publicly available channels (such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels);

(6) Necessary for signing and fulfilling relevant agreements or other written documents with users;

(7) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

6. Users Managing Personal Information

The Company understands users' concern about personal information and strives to ensure users' rights to access, correct, delete, and withdraw authorization for their personal information, so that users have sufficient ability to protect their privacy and security. Users' rights include:

6.1. Users Have the Right to Access Users' Personal Information

Users can review relevant personal information provided to the Company according to the relevant instructions (or settings) of the products and services provided by the Company. Including:

6.1.1. Account information: Users can log in to users' personal center at any time through relevant product pages to access personal profile information in users' accounts;

6.1.2. Usage information: Users can review users' usage information at any time through relevant product pages;

6.1.3. Other information: If users encounter operational problems during the access process and need to obtain other aforementioned personal information content that cannot be obtained, users can contact the Company through the methods provided in this Policy.

6.2. Users Have the Right to Correct/Modify Users' Personal Information

When users find that users' personal information provided to the Company has registration errors, is incomplete, or has been updated, users can correct or modify users' personal information.

6.3. Users Have the Right to Delete Users' Personal Information

For some of users' personal information, users can also actively delete user-provided information through the function pages of relevant products and services provided by the Company. Once users delete it, the Company will delete or anonymize such information, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

6.4. Users Have the Right to Withdraw Users' Authorization for Personal Information

Some functions of products and services provided by Donner Music require obtaining relevant permissions for users' device use (including: location, camera, microphone, schedule, etc., subject to the actual functions obtained by the product). Users can withdraw (or stop) further authorization of this permission at any time after authorization. Users need to understand that after users withdraw authorization, the Company will not be able to continue to provide corresponding functions and services to users. But users' decision to withdraw authorization will not affect the processing of personal information carried out based on users' previous authorization.

7. Minor Provisions

7.1. If users are minors under the age of 18, before using Donner Music and related services, they should read this Policy together under the supervision and guidance of their guardians, and should ensure that they have obtained the consent of their guardians during use. Otherwise, the Company does not recommend minor users to use the Company's services.

7.2. If users' guardians do not agree with users using the Company's services or providing personal information to the Company in accordance with this Policy, please users immediately terminate using the Company's services and notify the Company in time.

7.3. The Company protects minors' personal information in accordance with the provisions of national relevant laws and regulations, and will only collect, use, store, share, transfer, or disclose minors' personal information when permitted by law, with the explicit consent of guardians, or necessary to protect minors.

7.4. If users are the guardians of minors, when users have relevant questions about the personal information of the minors under users' guardianship, please contact the Company through the contact methods disclosed in this Policy.

8. Revision and Notice of This Policy

8.1. When the following changes occur, the Company will modify this Policy from time to time:

(1) Changes in the Company's basic situation, such as: all changes caused by mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations;

(2) Changes in the scope, purpose, and rules of collecting and using personal information;

(3) Changes in the objects, scope, and purpose of providing personal information externally;

(4) Changes in the way users access and manage personal information;

(5) Changes in data security capabilities and information security risks;

(6) Other changes that may have a significant impact on users' personal information rights and interests.

8.2. The Company may also modify the relevant terms of this Policy (including "Donner Music Privacy Policy") from time to time. Once the content of the terms changes, the Company will prompt the modified content on the relevant pages or send a notice of agreement modification to users. Such notifications will be determined by the Company at its own discretion, and the methods of notification include but are not limited to being published via email, telephone, SMS, mobile terminal, web pages, or other legal methods.

8.3. The modified content of the agreement will constitute an inseparable part of this Policy, and users should also comply. If users have objections to the modified agreement, please users immediately stop logging in and using Donner Music and related services. If users log in or continue to use Donner Music and related services, it means that users have fully read, understood, and agreed to the updated Policy and are willing to be bound by the updated Policy.

9. Policy Notice and Delivery

9.1. All notices under this Policy can be sent through important page announcements, emails, or regular mail delivery; such notices are deemed to have been delivered to the recipient on the date of sending.

10. Law Application and Dispute Resolution

10.1. The conclusion, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If this clause conflicts with the current laws of the People's Republic of China and becomes partially invalid, it does not affect the validity of other parts. Users agree that when resolving disputes, the latest version of "Donner Music Service Agreement" agreed by users shall prevail.

10.2. If any dispute arises between the parties regarding the content of this Agreement or its execution, both parties should try to resolve it through friendly consultation; if the consultation fails, all parties to the dispute unanimously agree to submit the dispute to the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitration award is final and has legal binding force on all parties.

10.3. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the validity of this Article's law application and jurisdiction clauses extends to this Agreement and other Donner Music rules, including their revisions, supplements, and updates.

10.4. Users agree that the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission has relevant personal jurisdiction and territorial jurisdiction, and you waive any objection to such jurisdiction or location. If the relevant dispute cannot be resolved through the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, the parties may freely seek any rights or remedies granted by applicable law.
